Hey Everyone!!!
We made it to Fiji!! It took a long time and was a little shaky but we got here with little to no problems. We survived the first 6 hour flight to LA (which was pretty rough and Farrell had to get out the barf bag, there was a thunder storm over Oklahoma), then we had a 9 hour layover in LAX, where we got to call home and check in but had to sit in the only terminal that was not finished!! It reminded us of the movie terminal that we watched as freshmen (Jess..josh...) Then we had a 10 hour flight to Fiji and it was not bad at all. We were seated in a row of 4 and we were the only two in it, therefore we got to sleep on two seats which was nice. Also we got to watch Mad Money and National Treausure 2! During that long flight however, Farrell realized that Dan was really starting to smell, since it was almost a day and a half with the same deodorant application and it is only the beggining of the trip. We are both definitely looking forward to our first showers. We are staying at Smugglers Cove and they came and picked us up at the airport. It is now 6:30am on 6/4 in Fiji and we have a little while to wait before our room is ready!! The place looks pretty good so far. They have a bunch of computers with internet that we can get onto and talk to everyone. We hope to just relax on the beaches and catch some sun before we start hiking and caving in NZ and Australia. Farrell is still working on convincing Dan to go skydiving in Fiji but the efforts are not getting too far.

Hey guys - reads like you're having a great time - make sure that you write everything down as there isn't any way to remember it all. Also a hint - when you take a picture try to get something with a sign next to it so you can remember the name of it.
Keep the blog flowing - we'll enjoy thinking of you on the other side of the world as Terry and I walk the sands at Higgins
